The British Superbikes, Dickie's British Supersport 600 and Hyundai Heavy Industries Sidecar team Quattro Plant Kawasaki came to visit the Railway Hotel West Horndon the Thursday 19th May, before their race weekend at Brands Hatch Indy Circuit, Kent. The team were out in force and even brought with them the 1000cc Sidecar of reigning British Sidecar Champions Ricky Stevens and Ryan Charlwood. BSB riders Luke Mossey and Filip Backlund were present as well as Team Owner Pete Extance and several other memebers of the team. There were opportunities for plenty of photos with the guys and the side car as well as two lovely grid girls and lots of chances to ask any questions. There were also chances to win great prices, with the top raffle prize being two VIP Team Hospitality tickets to watch the guys in action at Brands that weekend, with runners up winning Quattro Plant Kawasaki Backpacks. It was a fantastic night and everyone had a lot of fun. You can find all the pictures taken that night on our Gallery page and on our Facebook page.
Thank you to everyone who turned up and a special thanks to all the Quattro Plant Kawasaki Team for sharing an evening with us all here at The Railway Hotel West Horndon.
If you missed it, then don't worry there will be another opportunity for you to meet the guys and get some great photos with one of the Quattro Plant Kawasaki Superbikes on Thursday 4th August!
Hope to see you all again then :)
On Thursday, 16th April, the Railway Hotel welcomed the Quattro Plant Kawasaki team, complete with superbike, for a night of fun before they undertake the Brands Hatch round of the BSB over the weekend.
Riders Howie Mainwairing-Smart and Luke Mossey met with fans and posed for pictures alongside the bike and our lovely grid girl Sarah (pub dog Monty even got involved!), whilst team principle Pete gave a rousing speech about the last round at Donington Park (won't go in to that too deeply) and how the team have prepared for an exciting weekend at Brands Hatch.
The team left with a promise to do Quattro Plant proud, and no doubt there'll be plenty of regulars from the Railway Hotel at the curcuit on Sunday offering their support!
Best of luck to Howie, Luke and Quattro Plant Kawasaki!

We had a great time when the Quattro Plant Kawasaki team, complete with riders Dan Linfoot and Howie Mainwaring visited the Railway Hotel before their end-of-season race at Brands Hatch.
It was a great weekend for the team, with a 1st and 3rd podium finishes, and overall 5th place finish in the BSB Championship.
Huge congratulations to the team, and thanks to everyone who joined them for a 'Good Luck' (soft) drink!

As well as many familiar faces, lots of new friends came along and joined the party, enjoying the live music, BBQ, bouncy castle and bucking bronco. Even the weather was kind to us all weekend, so no face pain got soggy!
See you next year for V3!
Fantastic night with the Quattro Plant Kawasaki team at the Railway Hotel, West Horndon.
On Thursday, 17th July the Quattro Plant Kawasaki team popped into the bar with one of the superbikes, for a refreshing break before getting ready to wow the BSB crowds at Brands Hatch this weekend.
Regulars and visiting Kawasaki fans got up-close-and-personal with the very bike that'll be roaring round the circuit, and had the chance to meet riders Dan Linfoot and Howie Mainwaring and pose for pictures with the lovely Jessika - some even jumped on the bike for a sneaky go themselves, although it didnt get very far in the bar!
Pictures will be up shortly in our rogues gallery here.
Good luck at the weekend to the Quattro Plant Kawasaki team from everyone at the Railway Hotel, lets hope the West Horndon hospitality sends you on your way to a win!
As the BSB season reached it's nail-biting finish at Brands Hatch last weekend, the Railway Hotel helped make sure the Quattro Plant Kawasaki team went into the final races with a bang!
The entire team, including riders Chris 'Stalker' Walker and Barry Burrell joined locals for a (soft!) drink in the pub on Thursday evening, and they even smuggled in Chris's bike - the very same Kawasaki that was to take the team to a top ten finish in the weekend's events - for everyone to have a look at.
As well as getting up close to a racing superbike, many guests enjoyed a photo opportunity with the Quattro Plant Kawasaki riders and Kelly, the team's glamourous assistant - you can have a look at our Rogues Gallery here!
A raflle was held during the evening, with the winner taking home a pair of hospitality tickets to Brands Hatch to enjoy the last race of the season with the team. All monies raised has been donated to the West Horndon Under-5's Playgroup.
